FAQ
Can I bring a friend to the session?
Of course! While 1:1 sessions are tailored towards single individuals, additional students can join for an extra fee of $75/hr per person.
What should I bring with me?
Please bring your fully charged camera, lenses, and accessories, as well as your laptop if your session involves editing or other digital work. Your laptop or a notebook may be helpful if you plan on taking notes during our 1:1 session.
How do I confirm my booking?
Payment in full is required to confirm your booking.
Do you offer ongoing coaching or multiple sessions?
Yes! For more information, please reach out to Joanna to discuss how we can tailor ongoing 1:1 sessions to meet your needs.
Are taxes included in the session fee?
No, applicable taxes will be billed on top of the session fee.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the booked 1:1 Education Session will receive a 100% refund. Missed sessions and cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not receive a refund.
